TIPS case module
If you ever run out of ideas when repairing a vehicle and can find no remedial information of any sort in our literature (TIPS, WISnet), then in certain countries it is possible to use the so-called TIPS Case Module to send online inquiries to the Daimler AG market organization responsible for your area.
However, you must first satisfy various country-specific prerequisites in order to gain access to the TIPS Case Module:
- You must already have access to TIPS
- You must have successfully completed a training course on the TIPS Case Module
- You must be in possession of various qualifications
