Important announcement: 2 major changes as of June 26, 2020

  1. Registration/ordering for WIS/ASRA, XENTRY Tips and Parts Information via XENTRY Shop
    As of June 26, 2020, registrations, orders and extensions will be processed via the XENTRY Shop. Private persons and customers from Turkey are excepted from this, the previous process will remain the same for them.

  3. Changeover to WIS/ASRA access via Daimler User ID
    As of June 26, 2020, annual access to WIS/ASRA will take place through a Daimler User ID on the After-Sales platform. This will make things easier for you: You will then only have one User ID for all applications.
    If you do not yet have a Daimler User ID, you will receive an email in advance with your Daimler User ID and initial password. As of June 26, 2020, you will receive a message with your Daimler User ID in the personal login area of Service & Parts net as a reminder and you can then use this to access WIS/ASRA. If you already have a Daimler User ID, then you should use this – you will not receive an email or notification.
    This does not include people from Turkey.
