Registration, ordering and extension of Parts Information will take place via XENTRY Shop from 25.06.2020.
Private customers and commercial customers from Turkey can continue to register via Service & Parts net. Orders and extensions will continue to be processed via the After-Sales Platform.
Commercial customers from Turkey: Please select Turkey as the country on our home page and will then find the registration form for Parts Information in the area on the right (https://service-parts.mercedes-benz.com).
Only for PRIVATE CUSTOMERS and commercial customers from Turkey:
|Step 1:||In the area to the right-hand side, click on "Register Parts Information" under "Registration".|
|Step 2:||On the next page, you are asked to enter your personal data. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Please also check the box to grant your consent to data processing. Then click on "Submit".|
|Step 3:||You will receive a confirmation email for your registration. To complete your registration, click on the link provided in this email. The link will only be valid for the next 24 hours.|
|Step 4:||After we have created your user, you will receive an email with your access data (user ID and initial password). Please log in here: https://aftersales.daimler.com, create a password security question, and change your password.|
|Step 5:||Following login, please click on "Parts Information" in the application list. A message will appear with the note that your access has expired. Please click on "Continue".|
|Step 6:||The payment page then follows.
The following payment options are available:
Payment by invoice is not possible. If you cancel the order process at any point, your data will not be stored in our database.
|Step 7:||After payment has been successfully completed, you can use the Parts Information application. For this, please log out completely from all windows, close your browser, and log in again (https://aftersales.daimler.com).|
|Step 8:||You can log in under "Login After-Sales Platform" using your user ID and password at any time. Alternatively, access this login page directly: https://aftersales.daimler.com.|
|Step 9:||We will provide you with a PDF invoice for your records immediately after payment.|
|Step 10:||When your access authorization has expired, a message with a note regarding this will appear after you log on at https://aftersales.daimler.com and call up Parts Information. To extend access to Parts Information, please click on the "Continue" button, and you will be forwarded to the payment page again (please also see Step 5 et seqq.).|
